Join our incredible team at Affect as we evolve our member services and add a Medical Assistant to our team! We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to ensure our members receive seamless medication support while maintaining strong communication with providers, pharmacies, and Affect’s care team. This role has day-to-day responsibilities that are dynamic in nature, and a successful teammate will really want to proactively solve challenges as they arise all the while providing exceptional customer service. We approach every member interaction with empathy, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
