Job summary

The Liberty Group is actively seeking an HVAC Certification Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. You will diagnose and repair HVAC units, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacant apartments for turnover. Excellent customer service to residents is expected.

Minimum 6 months onsite experience, A/C certification (HVAC/EPA/CFC), valid ID, reliable transportation, and own tools are required. CPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC) required.
• At least 6 months of onsite maintenance experience.
• Valid ID required and reliable transportation.
• Own tools to perform maintenance duties.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units.

• Respond to residential service requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready turnover.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Log activity in maintenance records.

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)
• At least 6 months of onsite experience
• Valid I.D. Required
• Have reliable transportation
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
• CPO Certification a Plus!
