Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT or PT required or equivalent.
• State license as PT or OT current.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
• Document delivery of OT services and outcomes.
• Direct supervision of OTAs, students, and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehabilitation cases and manage scar/edema.
