Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and fabricate custom orthoses while educating patients on wear and precautions.

In addition to direct patient care, you will supervise assistants and students, collaborate with hand surgeons and clinicians, and contribute to case discussions to optimize outcomes for orthopedic and post-surgical patients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care for hand/upper-extremity rehab.
• Provide custom splinting and orthosis fabrication with education on wear and precautions.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services and maintain accurate records.
• Directs and supervises activities of Occupational Therapy Assistants, students and support personnel.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and case discussions.
