Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, perform custom splinting, and collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a DPT or MOT preferred, 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab, and current state PT or OT license plus CPR/BLS.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
• Strong assessment, splinting, and plan-of-care development.
• Experience supervising therapists, students, or assistants.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide orthotic fabrication and education on orthosis wear.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
