Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to lead specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, create recovery plans, and oversee therapy staff.

The role includes orthotic fabrication, post-surgical rehab, and collaboration with hand surgeons and therapists to optimize recovery. A 3+ year background in upper-extremity rehab and a valid OT/PT license are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises activities of OTAs, students and staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve and postoperative conditions.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
