Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to lead advanced hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder rehabilitation on site in Oklahoma. You will evaluate, design recovery plans, fabricate custom orthoses, and collaborate with surgeons and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
Provide custom splinting and orthotic fabrication.
Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
Supervise OTAs, students and support staff.
Document therapy delivery and outcomes.
