Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehab for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will assess patients, create custom splints, and design recovery plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes supervising OTAs and students, fabricating orthoses, managing post-surgical and injury rehab, and contributing to care planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• DPT or OTD preferred and OT program accreditation is expected.
• Current state PT or OT license and CHT credential are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients; establish plan of care.
• Provide hand/upper-extremity rehab and splinting.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
