The role includes supervising OT staff and students, fabricating orthoses, managing post-surgical rehab, and collaborating with hand surgeons and other clinicians to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT doctorate preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide UE rehab interventions.
• Document OT/PT services.
• Supervise OT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Fabricate and fit custom orthoses and splints.
• Manage post-surgical and injury rehabilitation.
