Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in outpatient settings. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and fabricate custom orthoses.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, hold a state PT or OT license, and may hold a CHT credential. The role includes collaboration with hand surgeons and healthcare teams, ongoing mentoring, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments; establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
