Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will assess patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes supervising OT assistants and students, fabricating orthoses, treating postoperative and injury cases, and contributing to care planning with hand surgeons and therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide custom splinting and orthosis fabrication.
• Document delivery of OT/PT services.
