Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in an outpatient setting.

The role includes evaluating patients, creating recovery plans, designing custom orthoses, and collaborating with hand surgeons and therapists. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a CH T credential, with 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and an OT or PT license.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT/OTD preferred.
• Graduate of accredited OT program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• CHT credential.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care.
• Provide custom splinting and orthotic fabrication.
• Coordinate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Document services delivered.
• Supervise OTAs, students and support personnel.
• Deliver post-surgical and injury rehabilitation including scar management and return-to-work.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear and precautions.
