Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design recovery plans, fabricate orthoses, and collaborate with surgeons and therapists in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Eligible candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with a CHT credential, 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, and current state PT or OT licensure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
• Bachelor's degree required; OT/PT degree as applicable.
• CHT credential is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
• Evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
