Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead upper-extremity rehabilitation in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design splints, and craft individualized recovery plans for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions.

You will supervise OT aides and students, collaborate with hand surgeons and physicians, fabricate custom orthoses, manage scar and edema, and guide return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OTD preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand/upper-extremity conditions.
• Document delivery of OT services.
