Job summary

GOLFTEC Allen is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a community of golf industry professionals dedicated to helping players improve. Successful candidates complete GOLFTEC University training and gain hands-on experience at the Center and GTU HQ in the Denver area, using TECFIT Club Fitting, TECSWING and Optimotion technology to design effective lessons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation a plus.
• PGM program graduation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use TECFIT/Optimotion/TECSWING to design and deliver lessons.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide GOLFTEC services for students (fitting, outdoor, short game, etc.).
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Maintain training center equipment and technology.
