Job summary

GOLFTEC Allen is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a community of golf professionals and to grow through GOLFTEC University training. You will leverage cutting-edge technology to guide players of all levels toward improved metrics and game plans.

You’ll deliver TECFIT fittings, indoor and outdoor lessons, and develop personalized content while maintaining a top-tier training center. A PGA/LPGA affiliation or PGM program is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch and lift items over 30 pounds.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation or PGM program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and apply training in lessons.
• Use advanced technology to help students play better golf.
• Create teaching content and customize lesson plans.
• Provide TECFIT Club Fitting and various lesson formats.
• Maintain the Training Center environment and equipment.
• Support ongoing education and uphold company values.
