GOLFTEC Dayton is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a nationally recognized team. You will train new coaches, utilize cutting-edge technology to improve players, and deliver TECFIT club fitting alongside outdoor and indoor lessons.

Graduate from GOLFTEC University, participate in GTU training, and help create a top-notch student experience while upholding the company values of Fun, Integrity, Improvement, and Team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience.
• Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and participate in GTU training.
• Use technology to help players improve and tailor lesson plans.
• Provide TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor and indoor lessons.
• Deliver a high-quality experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Maintain equipment and the Training Center environment.
• Support ongoing education and uphold company values.
