GolfTEC Springfield is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national network of golf instructors. You will complete GTU training, learn from top pros, and help students improve using industry-leading technology.

The role involves delivering TECFIT club fittings, outdoor and indoor lessons, short-game coaching, and a high-level educational experience for students. Benefits and schedules are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and join GTU training.
• Use technology to help players improve and create lesson plans.
• Provide TECFIT club fitting, outdoor lessons, short game instruction, and more.
• Maintain training center environment and equipment.
• Open/close the Training Center daily and participate in ongoing education.
