Job summary

GOLFTEC Allen is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a global team of golf professionals dedicated to helping players improve. You will train through GOLFTEC University and use TECFIT and TECSWING technology to tailor lessons and drive results.

This role offers a base hourly rate with monthly commissions and a generous total compensation range of $55,000 to $70,000. Eligible benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and continuing education allowances.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, or crouch and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds.
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Utilize technology to help people play better golf.
• Recommend teaching content to support custom lesson plans for students of varying skill levels.
• Provide TECFIT Club Fitting and various lessons.
• Create a high-level experience for GOLFTEC students inside and outside training bays.
• Use Optimotion and TECSWING teaching software.
• Maintain the Training Center environment and equipment.
• Perform daily opening & closing functions.
• Participate in continuing education.
