Job summary

GOLFTEC Intellectual Property LLC in Omaha seeks a Certified Personal Coach to join a professional team delivering data-driven golf instruction using industry-leading technology. You will complete GTU training and mentor players through TECFIT and TECSWING systems.

You will be part of a community of coaches, earning a base hourly rate with monthly commissions and a $2,000 signing bonus paid after graduation from GTU, with total compensation estimated at $55,000–$70,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use technology to help clients play better golf (Optimotion/TECSWING).
• Create custom lesson content and plans for students of varying levels.
• Provide GOLFTEC services (TECFIT club fitting, outdoor lessons, short game, etc.).
• Maintain the Training Center environment, equipment and tech.
• Open/close the Training Center daily and participate in continued education.
• Uphold GOLFTEC values: Fun, Integrity, Improvement, Team.
