Job summary

GOLFTEC Fairfax is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a community of golf industry professionals. All coaches participate in GOLFTEC University (GTU) training, learning from top instructors and gaining hands-on experience with our leading technology to help students improve.

You will deliver lessons, fit clubs, and tailor content to each learner while maintaining the Training Center, engaging in ongoing education, and contributing to a team-driven, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics highly preferred.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation a plus.
• PGM program graduation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Utilize leading technology to help players improve.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide GOLFTEC services including TECFIT Club Fitting and various lessons.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Use Optimotion and TECSWING software in coaching.
• Maintain training center environment, equipment and tech.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions for the Training Center.
• Participate in continuing education (distance learning, seminars).
