Job summary

GOLFTEC Carle Place is looking for a Certified Personal Coach to join a nationally recognized team. You will graduate from GOLFTEC University and use industry-leading technology to deliver data-driven golf instruction and tailor lesson plans for students of all levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University, GTU training program.
• Utilize the best technology to help people play better golf.
• Recommend teaching content to support lesson plans for varying skill levels.
• Provide GOLFTEC services for each student, including club fitting and various lessons.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Maintain training center environment, equipment, and technology.
• Perform daily opening & closing functions for the Training Center.
• Participate in continuing education and uphold core values Be Good, Crush Challenges, Relentless Drive, Team First and Enjoy the Journey.
