Job summary

Lowe's is recruiting for a customer-focused associate to pick, stage, and fulfill orders in a fast-paced home improvement environment. You will handle checkout-ready tasks, verify orders, and assist customers by connecting them with the right associates.

Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential as you support daily store operations. Ideal candidates have basic computer and retail tech experience, and are willing to obtain powered equipment certification if not already certified.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) or to be obtained before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time; keep staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to the right associates.
