Job summary

Lowe's Lowell, MA store is seeking a reliable associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy while maintaining clean, safe staging areas. You will assist customers, validate orders, and connect shoppers with the right associates to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Experience with basic computer use and retail tech is desired. Certification for powered equipment is required or available for certification; Lowe's offers comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including data entry.
• 6 months using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required or obtain if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate powered equipment safely and maintain certification.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS.
• Complete administrative tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
