Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is hiring Outside Sales Representatives (Certified Field Inspectors) to conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners, propose repair options, and close sales in the field. You will build a book of business from warm leads while traveling within a defined territory.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a strong training program with paid training, company vehicle eligibility based on performance, and opportunities for advancement through an employee‑owned program and tuition

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer service.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
