Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a capable Food Service Director to oversee hospital dietary operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate diet therapy, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and patient-focused nutrition services.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ADA-approved dietetic training, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical facility. State registration as Food Service Director is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma.
• Graduate of an accredited dietetic training program approved by the American Dietetic Association.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility.
• Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.
• Must be registered as a Food Service Director in this state.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietitian in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily and the department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Dietitian in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Key Qualifications:
