Job summary

Summit Grove Care Center seeks a Certified Dietary Manager to lead nutrition services within a healthcare setting. You will develop patient-centered menus, oversee procurement and storage, manage kitchen operations, and ensure safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a CDM credential, have 2+ years in healthcare foodservice management, and excel in budgeting, team leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Dietary Manager program or related foodservice degree.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with active credential status.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in foodservice management, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiarity with enteral nutrition, wounds, weight management, and hemodialysis is a plus.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition care compliance.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Experience with electronic charting (e.g., Point Click Care) is a bonus.
