Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC seeks a dietary services supervisor to assist the Dietitian in planning and directing the Dietary Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards for daily nutrition services.

The role requires a high school diploma, ADA-approved dietetic training, and 2+ years of supervisory hospital experience. Salary range reflects healthcare leadership in Texas with full benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma minimum.
• Graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility.
• Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
• Must be registered as a Food Service Director in this state.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Dietitian in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Education

High school diploma
