Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team in Plano, TX. The PCT will assist with patient care, monitor vital signs, and support treatment procedures under RN supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a healthcare mindset, and previous dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience is a plus. CPR may be required within 90 days, with certification within 18 months of hire. Training will be provided.

• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• CPR certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
