U.S. Renal Care is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician to support dialysis treatments and patient care in a team-based environment. You will work under RN/Charge Nurse supervision, assist with vital signs, and help ensure safe, high-quality care for patients with kidney disease.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, collaboration with care teams, and ongoing participation in staff meetings and education to support patient outcomes and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Must be able to distinguish primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions.
• Prepare and monitor machines, and assist with safety checks and quality protocols.
• Collaborate with RN/Charge Nurse and care teams to support patient assessments and care plans.
