U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team in Texas.

You will work under supervision to provide safe, high-quality dialysis care, including vital signs, initiating and monitoring treatment, and collecting blood samples as ordered by physicians. Responsibilities include machine preparation, cleaning and disinfection, and performing safety checks while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient dialysis care, including obtaining vitals, initiating, monitoring, and collecting samples.
• Prepare and disinfect dialysis machines, perform safety checks, and log results for quality control per protocols.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
