U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team responsible for delivering dialysis care.

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to support patients with renal failure in a clinical setting. Key duties include assisting with dialysis treatment, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The role requires a high school diploma, healthcare interest, and CPR certification within 90 days; PCT

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Perform safety checks, machine cleaning, and log quality-control results.
• Collaborate with a Charge Nurse and RN on patient assessment and care planning.
