Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatments.

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to support patient care, monitor vital signs, initiate and terminate treatments, and collect samples as ordered. Responsibilities include ensuring safety by preparing and disinfecting machines, performing safety checks, and adhering to all protocols.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Perform machine setup, cleaning, disinfection, and safety checks per procedures.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under supervision to support patient assessment and care planning.
