Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis care under RN supervision.

You will assist with patient stats, treatment initiation and monitoring, and safe sample collection, while maintaining machine readiness and cleanliness. Role emphasizes safety, compliance with regulations, and participation in continuing education. Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: gather stats before and after treatment, initiate treatment, monitor patients during treatment, terminate treatment, and collect patient blood samples per physician orders.
• Technician duties: prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect machines after treatment, conduct machine safety checks and log results for quality control, follow all protocols and regulations.
• Safety and quality: use PPE, adhere to company policies and state/federal laws, participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
