Job summary

Atlantic Health System in Morristown, NJ, seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality radiographic imaging for diagnostic purposes, while preparing and maintaining patient records. You will operate imaging equipment, assess safety, and ensure patient comfort during procedures.

Requirements include NJ RT license, ARRT certification, BLS, and a graduating from an accredited radiography program, with 0–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School.
• 0-3 years of experience as a Radiographer or relevant area.
• NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging and treatment processes in accordance with guidelines.
• Operates, troubleshoots, and sanitizes imaging equipment.
• Obtains patient history, explains procedures, and addresses questions.
• Maintains equipment and ensures patient safety and comfort.
• Coordinates daily imaging procedures and updates as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
