Atlantic Health is seeking a Radiographer to perform quality X-ray imaging and support diagnostic procedures at our Morristown, NJ facilities. The role requires an accredited radiography education and an NJ RT license with ARRT certification.

Candidate should have 0-3 years of radiography experience and BLS certification, with strong patient communication and safety awareness for high-quality imaging across multiple sites.

Formación

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School.
• 0-3 years of experience as a Radiographer or relevant area.
• NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
• ARRT Certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Performs and provides appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
• Demonstrates knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care and sanitization of all equipment.
• Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient queries or concerns.
• Maintains all equipment for procedures, assesses safety, physical, and physiological comfort of patient.
• Monitors need for procedure revisions and coordinates daily imaging procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
