Team Rehabilitation – Broad Ripple is seeking Certified Athletic Trainers for on-site coverage at a large high school. The role focuses on providing care for contracted student-athletes and supporting community outreach. A competitive pay structure includes eligibility for monthly bonuses and a supportive mentorship program.

The team collaborates with physical therapists, physicians, coaches, and school staff to maintain athlete health, prevent injuries, and return athletes to play safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training or related field is required.
• CAATE-accredited program completion is required.
• ATC certification from the BOC is required.
• Licensed to practice as an athletic trainer.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
• Triage, evaluate, and manage injuries, including emergency care.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
• Maintain relationships to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Assist with clinical protocols and participate in research studies.
• Pursue ongoing professional development via company events and CE allowances.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field

Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program

Responsibilities

Team Rehabilitation – Broad Ripple is currently hiring professional and driven PRN Certified Athletic Trainers to provide exceptional care for contracted school student-athletes and community outreach coverage. The compensation for this role is $35 per hour, and employees are eligible to attend local onsite continuing education opportunities.

• Providing onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
• Recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care.
• Developing and implementing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
• Maintaining strong relationships for Team Rehabilitation to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Assisting with clinical protocols and participating in company-supported research studies.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through company events and continuing education allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field
• Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program
• Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer
• Strong communication skills to manage the triage of athletes for further care and in developing relationships with the athletes, parents, coaches and school personnel
