CoorsTek in Benton, AR, is seeking a Materials Process Operator to convert raw materials into ceramic powders using manual and automated equipment. The role supports efficient production, follows EHS procedures, and ensures quality across standardized processes.

You will perform startups and changes, handle in-process tests, operate powered equipment, maintain 6S workplace practices, and assist with inventory and material tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift operation required.
• Semi-automated machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all EHS procedures and identify safety improvements.
• Perform startups, shutdowns and product mix changes on standardized production processes.
• Identify technical problems and implement routine solutions.
• Perform in-process quality testing for assigned process area.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment and maintain 6S practices.
• Assist in accurately tracking inventory, supplies, and raw materials.
