Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) invites ambitious mid-career professionals to join our Full-time Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) program. You will partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a small to mid-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer in the US.

You will oversee a up to 24-month search with our experienced Investment Management team, supported by an attractive compensation package and vested equity in the acquired company to reinforce your entrepreneurial journey.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with leadership and P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA preferred.
• Proven track record managing and growing businesses in the US.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process with defined criteria to generate deal flow.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Develop 100-day plans and long-term growth strategies.
• Grow revenue through marketing and sales initiatives.
• Assess offerings, portfolios and brand positioning; identify gaps.
• Plan and execute market-entry strategies for expansions.
• Drive profitable growth across the organization.
