Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks seasoned operators to join its Full-time Operator-Led Buyout program as Chief Executive Officer. As an NCA Searcher you will lead a up to 24-month search to acquire and run a SME in the US, with support from NCA and an attractive base compensation plus vested shares.

You will establish deal flow, manage the acquisition and assume the CEO role, shape growth strategies, and work with our Investment Management team.

Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
Min. 10+ years of proven track record of running and growing businesses or business units in the US.
Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish a search process with us to generate deal flow for an acquisition.
Manage the acquisition process with Investment Management support.
Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
Proactively generate and evaluate strategic growth options and 100-day plans.
Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
Review offerings, portfolio strategies, and brand positioning; implement gaps and improvements.
Manage geographic expansion and market entry strategies.
