Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors seeks an experienced professional to partner with the firm as Chief Executive Officer through its OLBO program. You will lead a 24‑month search to acquire a SME and then assume the CEO role, guiding growth and strategic direction with strong support from NCA.

Successful candidates bring 15+ years of leadership, MBA/Executive MBA, and a proven record in US markets. An attractive package includes base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with leadership roles and P&L responsibility.
• MBA or Executive MBA preferred; strong strategic and operational track record.
• Min. 10+ years running/growing businesses or units in the US.
• Entrepreneurial drive and readiness to partner in an OLBO program.
• Deep expertise in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, or Distribution & Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the search, acquisition, and CEO transition for a target SME.
• Collaborate with Investment Management to manage the acquisition process.
• Serve as CEO post-acquisition and drive strategic growth plans.
• Develop 100-day plans and pursue compelling market expansion opportunities.
• Oversee marketing, sales, product, and portfolio strategy to drive profitability.
