Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors seeks a mid-career professional to partner with NCA and search, acquire, and lead a SME as Chief Executive Officer under the OLBO program. You will spearhead a up to 24-month search with comprehensive support, including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company to fuel the entrepreneurial journey.

The role centers on identifying, evaluating, and leading a US-based acquisition, with participation in Q&A sessions and a rigorous selection process

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience including at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Min. 10+ years running and growing businesses or business units in the US.
• MBA or Executive MBA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets that meet predefined criteria and drive deal flow.
• Lead the CEO transition in the acquired company and oversee execution.
• Develop long-term growth strategy and 100-day plans, plus oversee market expansion.
