Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is seeking an experienced mid-career professional to join our OLBO program as a Searcher, ultimately leading a US-based SME as CEO. You will run a structured, up-to-24-month CEO search with our Investment Management team and receive base compensation plus vested equity in the acquired company.

This role offers substantive responsibility: establish deal flow, manage the acquisition process, step into the CEO role, craft growth strategies, and drive market

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record running and growing businesses or business units in the US.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process to generate deal flow and identify a business to acquire in line with criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired company.
• Proactively develop growth options and long-term strategy, including 100-day plans.
• Grow top line via strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings and positions, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Manage geographic expansions and entrance strategies where needed.
• Drive efficiency and profitable growth.
