Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO in Rockville, MD. This role partners with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive enterprise-wide execution, and ensure alignment across the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, business operations, or executive leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Board governance and executive-level environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the CEO.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives, enterprise execution, and governance processes.
• Coordinate CEO engagement with the Board and prepare executive materials.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
