ISS STOXX in Rockville, MD seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, aligning execution with strategic priorities across the executive team. This role drives enterprise initiatives, enables governance, and translates strategy into measurable business outcomes while partnering with senior leaders and the board. The position offers exposure to multiple business lines and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience with ISS STOXX and/or strategy, business operations, or executive leadership roles.
• Proven experience partnering with senior executives and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO and prioritize initiatives across the organization.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear priorities.
• Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional programs and projects.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Support board governance, executive coordination, and governance processes.
