Mosaic Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, accelerating execution of high-priority initiatives. The role requires orchestration across the executive team, boards, and key stakeholders to transform strategy into action in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.

The successful candidate will shape strategy, resolve complex operational challenges, and drive flawless execution with disciplined governance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, private equity, corporate development, investment banking, healthcare operations, or a Chief of Staff role supporting senior executives.
• Experience working directly with a CEO or executive leadership team in a complex, high-growth organization.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Advise the CEO as a trusted advisor and manage executive priorities across the organization.
• Coordinate decisions, track commitments, and ensure timely execution of follow-up actions.
• Prepare for Board meetings, sponsor interactions, customer meetings, investor discussions, and other strategic engagements.
• Develop executive dashboards, governance processes, and progress reporting to track initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning multiple business units.
• Drive enterprise transformation through structured programs and change management.
