Job summary

Stord, Inc. is seeking a sharp Strategic Advisor to the CEO to help drive efficiency, alignment, and execution across the company. You’ll manage information flow, translate big ideas into clear plans, and ensure focus remains on the CEO’s top priorities.

You’ll partner across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other teams to prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings and develop strategic materials that guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a high-growth startup or technology company with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience supporting a C-level executive or working as a Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations, or similar role.
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous statements to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution & Business Operations: partner with the CEO on high-impact initiatives, translate vision into priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional projects across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other functions, ensuring alignment and momentum.
• Surface insights, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to keep the CEO informed and ahead of critical issues.
• Prepare the CEO for high-stakes decisions with data, context, and clear recommendations.
• Develop executive-level presentations, reviews, and strategic materials with Finance, Product, GTM, and other teams.
• Represent the CEO with sound judgment and discretion in communications with Board, investors, customers, and employees.
