Job summary

Leverage Digital is seeking a sharp, highly organized Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our CEO as we head into the next phase. This full-time, remote role with occasional travel will translate the CEO's vision into actionable plans and drive cross-functional initiatives with speed and discipline.

Responsibilities include building operating rhythms, coordinating leadership cadence, preparing client and partner discussions, and supporting key hires as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in startups, operations, strategy, consulting, or finance.
• Previous startup experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex situations.
• Comfortable with numbers and basic data support for recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's goals into clear plans with owners, timelines, and milestones.
• Own and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to completion.
• Maintain a running view of company priorities and flag misalignments.
• Build and manage the leadership team's cadence: weekly exec meetings, quarterly planning, etc.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups to drive decisions.
• Assist with executive recruiting and onboarding processes.
