Job summary
Embarc Advisors is seeking a seasoned Chief of Staff to the CEO to accelerate our growth and execution. This remote role HQ near the San Francisco Bay Area with frequent travel to the Bay Area will partner with the Founder/CEO to translate strategy into actionable plans across operations, HR, marketing, and finance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a COO, Chief of Staff, General Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong track record of operational, organizational, and team leadership excellence.
- Detail-oriented and process-focused with strong financial acumen.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and make tough decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, social science, mathematics, or business preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key link between the CEO and the leadership team, ensuring strategic visions are executed.
- Own the operating plan reviews and results; drive Weekly Scorecards, Monthly KPIs, and Quarterly Goals.
- Create a comprehensive multi-year business plan with milestones and targets.
- Identify and implement key metrics to demonstrate effectiveness and drive execution.
- Lead daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate planning sessions using the EOS process.
