Seer Interactive is seeking an Executive Business Partner to the CEO. This remote-first role sits close to the founder, handling travel, event logistics, and high-level coordination to unlock strategic opportunities.

The position may require office presence in Philadelphia and support outside standard hours when needed. You will build systems, manage speaking engagements, and coordinate with conference organizers while nurturing key client relationships and BD opportunities in a dynamic agency

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a CEO or executive leader.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the speaking and event logistics pipeline for the CEO from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with conference organizers to secure speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including visas, hotel, flights, and expense tracking.
• Identify client prospects during CEO travel and make introductions to maximize meetings.
